In 2019, I lost a brother. They wrestled with deep inner struggles, and unfortunately, the burden became too much for them. This experience led me to seek ways to find happiness, reminiscent of our joyful times playing sports, riding bikes, and simply being carefree kids. In my quest, I stumbled upon a remarkable molecule called Myokine, formed by our muscles during exercise.
